Terms

Development preview. These terms describe the current local preview of Heybuck. There are no live purchases or subscription charges.

What you can try

Heybuck helps you find subscriptions, prepare cancellation and refund requests, follow email correspondence, and use service-specific instructions. The no-charge preview gives access to a local dashboard without a paid membership. Sandbox checkout tests the membership flow with Stripe test payment details and no real money.

Your decisions and authorization

Only connect a mailbox or request changes for an account you own or are authorized to manage. Review the account information and requested action before authorizing a request. Heybuck may ask for additional information when a service needs it.

Cancellation and refunds

Each service controls its own cancellation and refund process. Some require you to take steps on their website, app, phone, or support chat. Sending a request does not mean the subscription is cancelled, and a refund request does not guarantee a refund. Confirmation from the service or your own verified result is needed.

Payments

The payment form shows the amount for the first billing period and the recurring price and interval. An introductory discount applies only to the first period. Sandbox payments and renewals use test money only. In Settings, Manage membership opens Stripe’s customer portal, where you can update the payment method or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period. A refund and cancellation of renewal are separate actions. Final terms for live purchases will be published before launch.

Preview limitations

Mail and AI features require configured providers and your authorization. Features without those connections may be unavailable. Preview data may be reset during development. The operating company, customer support, and final purchase terms will be published before public launch.
